The standard is formed from a collection of good business & management principles, all designed to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide goods and services that meet your customer and regulatory requirements.
The ISO 9001 standard is one of the most rigorous & internationally recognized standards, thus ensuring SMA Collaboratives products and services meet the needs of customers, through an effective quality management system (“QMS”). To grant compliancy and ultimately certification, the SMA team, based in Florida & Ohio, underwent a comprehensive company-wide audit, including: a thorough QMS review, audits, initial & subsequent assessments, and clearance of minor non-conformities.
