SMA’RT Castor Oil USP is extracted from the seeds of the Ricinus Communis (Castor) plant and contains triglycerides of different fatty acids (90% ricinoleic acid, 3-4% oleic acid, 3-4% linoleic acid). This non-GMO ingredient is widely used in the cosmetic industry for its pigment dispersion properties, making it ideal for color cosmetic products such as lipsticks. This high viscosity oil is a cost-effective ingredient with multiple benefits such as moisturizing, conditioning, lubricating, anti-inflammatory, and nourishing.
